Caterpillar AD55 Ejector Tray

Poor availability rate for the AD55 ejector tray truck – this was a problem the OEM maintenance team had been unable to solve after several months of effort.

Goldmont designed and fabricated a modified tray wall.  Following the redesign, the truck was in use for a record period of over 12 months without experiencing any downtime.

Prior to commencing the work, Goldmont’s design was rejected by the OEM but Goldmont was able to convince the customer that its design would work.
