Wear Parts
Goldmont Engineering supplies the following mining wear parts from its Kalgoorlie workshop:
- Heel shrouds / heel blocks – cast steel blocks with high hardness and abrasion resistance and custom designed for easy fitting.
- Profile bars – made from Hardox®500 material for extra toughness.
- Wear bars – made to order from Hardox® 450 or 500 for extra toughness.
- Grouser bars – 3m length carbon steel heat treated to achieve RC 45-50 hardness
Mining is a harsh operating environment with lots of wear and tear on equipment. Contact us for a wear package design.
